• Standard Delivery Shipping Charges

  Our low Standard Delivery shipping charges are 15% on the total value of merchandise shipped to each address.
  Please note: All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

  At Kate Larsson Studio, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.

  Returns/Exchanges

  We will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 30 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time of return in the following way:

  • Original Sales Receipt or Packing Slip will be refunded in the Original Form of Tender.

  Credits or refunds issued will be for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

  To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package, and mail it to the Kate Larsson Studio address on your packing slip. If you do not have a packing slip, please call us at 253-265-1662 Mon - Fri  9 - 5 Pacific Time.
